Readen Holding Corporation (OTC Pink: RHCO) Announces its Synergy with Movie Projects

READEN HOLDING CORPORATION (OTC PINK: RHCO), a Venture Capital Corporation which is active in the Fintech, Online Payment and E-commerce industries, today announced that it will be involving in the production of a successful movie series in Hong Kong, namely "Paws-Men".

"Paws-Men" ( www.imdb.com/title/tt8561672/ ) is a low budget movie produced in 2018. As the first animal right movie in Hong Kong, this semi-documentary / semi-fiction film tells the stories of unsung heroes who rescue stray dogs in town. The movie was originally a charity project, but starting to gain enormous attentions and praise among the dog lovers community and animal right circle in Hong Kong, China and throughout Asia.

"Paws-Men" was produced by iW4 Cultural Industry Limited (Also known under Mega Creative Limited), and a sequel "Paws-Men II" is under production aiming a 2022 release along with other movie projects.

In a recent agreement, RHCO has acquired Fullness Grace International Limited which holds 60% shares of iW4. The acquisition makes RHCO the main stakeholders of iW4, and RHCO will use the upcoming movies in synergy with RHCO's current business portfolio, especially OkeApp and OkePay. As OkeApp will be advertised and featured in the movies, its merchants can also be advertisers thus gaining excellent exposure. In addition, OkeApp targets to sign up charities as OkePartners who would be benefited from OkeMembers in-app spending and transactions, the animal right circle and dog lovers community would be a perfect start for this OkePartners initiative.

Fullness Grace International Limited is active in outdoor display advertising and multimedia advertising business. It has a contract with Tencent ( www.tencent.com ) through Shenzhen Terrena Technology to promote smart cultural tourism, and it has a contract with the China Railway ( www.china-railway.com.cn ) to sign up clients and advertise them inside the railway system. Besides iW4 Cultural Industry Limited, Fullness Grace also has a 17.5% shareholding in Multimedia Vision Technology Limited, which has the rights to sell BOE displays for advertising.
